What happened? Describe the issue and any error messages you received.
When did it start? Mention if the problem occurred after a specific update or change.
Attach Screenshots: If possible, attach a photo or screenshot of the error to speed up the diagnosis.
Once submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your Ticket Number.
You can reply to that email at any time to provide more updates or check the status.
